At Ben’s Canteen (we make our Signature Gin in the Earlsfield Canteen) you can find Ben’s Martini. Inspired by Ben meeting with Kanpai, London’s first Sake Brewery, in Peckham. This Martini uses their Kumo Sake and our Gin and is a delicious twist on the original.
Shake and strain into a Martini glass and garnish with a slice of Orange.
