Forest Hill Gin Club Negroni Recipe

If you’ve ever heard Ben talk about Bloody Bens Signature Gin then you’re almost bound to have heard him mention that it helps make cracking Negronis.

It’s one of his favourite cocktails and he’s very proud that the Signature Gin, with its’ Orange and Honey notes helps to make a delicious Negroni.

A challenge accepted by our friend Charlotte who runs the Forest Hill Gin Club (@fhginclub on Insta) and Sub Plot which is an amazing Gin bar, hidden underneath a bookshop in Forest Hill. She’s made a Negroni using this simple recipe and you should definitely try it at home.

Oh, by the way, at the bar, she calls this one ‘Mad Aunt Joan’, she’s got a holiday home in Mallorca and spends too much time in the sun. As a result, she has an orangey glow and skin like a handbag.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Bloody Bens Signature Gin
  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml Martini Fiero Vermouth
  • Ice
  • Orange Slices

Method

Fill a rocks glass with ice, add the Gin, Campari and Martini Fiero and stir. Garnish with the Orange. It is that simple and it’s an absolute joy.
