One of Brighton’s most talented Bartenders, Jade Wildman aka @wildmans_wild_mixes has been inspired by our Signature Gin to create this Gin Cocktail, Paradise Daydream.
Bloody Bens Signature Gin is all about escapism and Jade wanted to capture this spirit in her creation. She has used Grapefruit instead of Oranges to give it a tart flavour but it still adds a tropical element to the Cocktail.
