Pink Gin Mar’tea’ni

Our friend Josh of Pick Your Poison has created an absolutely delicious cocktail featuring our Pink Gin and Blueberry and Peach Tea from the brilliant Bird & Blend Tea Co. They’re based in Brighton and make the best teas with the most amazing flavours.

Our Pink Gin is inspired by Wimbledon Tennis, which is just up the road from our Micro Distillery, and tastes of Strawberries and Cream. This combined with the other ingredients in this cocktail makes a super tasty Martini or perhaps we should say, Mar’tea’ni.

Ingredients

• 60ml Bloody Bens Pink Gin
• 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 35ml Blueberry and Peach Tea Sugar Syrup (3g of Blueberry and Peach Tea in 400ml boiling water for 4 minutes with 400g Sugar)
• 1 Egg White

Method

• Add all ingredients to a dry shaker.
• Shake to combine the egg white, then add ice and shake again to chill.
• Double strain into a coupe glass.
