Our friend Josh of Pick Your Poison has created an absolutely delicious cocktail featuring our Signature Gin and Peach Julep Tea from the brilliant Bird & Blend Tea Co. They’re based in Brighton and make the best teas with the most amazing flavours.
Ingredients
- 60ml Signature Gin
- Two Peach Slices
- 30ml Peach Julep Sugar Syrup (3g of Peach Julep Tea in 400ml boiling water for 3 mins, with 400g Sugar)
- 4 Freshly Squeezed Lime Wedges
- 8 Mint Leaves
- Topped up with Soda Water.
Method
- First add the gin, peach slices, tea sugar syrup, lime and mint to a glass.
- Then muddle together to break up the mint and squeeze the lime juice.
- Fill the glass up with ice, (add crushed ice on the top) and top up with soda water.
- Garnish with mint and peach.
