Peach Melba Gin Fizz

Our friend Josh, who runs a home bar service called Pick Your Poison, has made this delicious cocktail for you to enjoy at home.

We all love a Fizz, they just look so appealing, and this one is a cracker with our Signature Gin, Bird & Blend Peach Melba Tea and Raspberries.

There’s a little bit of prep involved but the result is going to be the best looking cocktail and you’ll be oh so flashy on Insta and the most impressive host of a garden party.


  • 50ml Infused Gin (2g of Bird & Blend Peach Melba Tea in 100ml Signature Gin for 24 hours)
  • 30ml Raspberry Syrup (350g of Frozen Raspberries in 500ml of boiling water and 450g of sugar. All mashed together, strained and bottled.)
  • 20ml Sugar Syrup 1:1 – you can buy it or make some using this BBC recipe here.
  • Soda
  • A couple of Peach slices


Grab a wine glass, add plenty of ice and then add all the ingredients, top with soda, garnish with a couple of peach slices and give it a stir. It’s that simple.
