And one such example of his cocktails skills is the PYP Pink Lady featuring Bloody Bens Signature Gin.
Place all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake to combine the egg, then add ice and shake again.
Note, if you have a nice block ice cube then double strain, if not just put all contents of the shaker into a tumbler glass.
Garnish with a Cherry and Lemon Peel.
