White Peach and Basil Collins

One of the cool things about our Signature Gin is that it’s great to use in Cocktails.

And a really cool thing about running a small business is that we get to work with friends, so we’re thrilled that The Ginger Donut has created this delicious White Peach and Basil Collins Gin Cocktail featuring Bloody Bens Signature Gin.

Such a wonderful Summery cocktail and so easy to make to enjoy in your garden, or in his case, on his balcony.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Bloody Bens Signature Gin
  • 1 White Peach – or if you’re making this out of season, go for another peach that is
  • 5 Basil Leaves
  • 25ml Lemon Juice – best if freshly squeezed
  • Indian Tonic Water
  • Ice

Method

Please watch the video, click here, to see it all put together but in essence, half your peach and smash/muddle it, then add ice, followed by the Gin and Lemon Juice and top with the Tonic. Bruise your Basil and garnish.
